Business Mechanix have changed the way customer service consultants at New Zealand Management Academies (NZMA) work, for the better. We created a new customer focused process and implemented a new enquiry management system to solve a key problem of customer enquiries falling through the gaps. The solution meant all prospect student enquires we answered and in a timely manner and customer services are now able to see every enquiry and where it is at, at any given time. Business Mechanix worked one on one with the customer service representatives to ensure their needs where met and we also trained them with the new solution.
We helped Cyclone computers implement a nationwide solution focusing on faulty equipment and returns as well as for customers who walk into our store with service requests. This saw us developing workflows that make their customer services division more efficient and set up their email router to introduce automation and allow incoming email from customers who are logging service requests.
Business Mechanix worked with the Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi team to uncover the business processes involved in handling student enquiries through to enrolling them as students at Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi. As a result these processes were documented and distributed to staff and have now formed the basis for process change and enhancement. This initial process capture has also provided a solid way forward to the next phase of enhancement with the implementation of a Microsoft CRM solution.
