Business Mechanix have a passion for configuring and tailoring systems to our customers unique processes. Our CRM practice has been running for more than 6 years and we have been 4 x Microsoft NZ CRM Partner of year Finalist. Business Mechanix are a Microsoft Certified Partner and a Certified Solutions Advisor for Microsoft® CRM. We have experience in the business and technology arenas and in the CRM business both in New Zealand and overseas.

Examples of some of our SharePoint configuration work includes The University of Waikato, where we created a tool to improve User Account Management processes. We configured the SharePoint User Profile Service to synchronise user account information between Active Directory (AD) and other databases. We configured the SharePoint user interface and workflows (based on SharePoint 2013) to let people to manage, update, approve and auditing user account creations and access controls.

We implemented a staff intranet for Wintec in SharePoint 2010. The portal included team sites for each business unit and a personal MySite for all the users. Various systems where incorporated into the intranet including OSH accident forms, staff events, and vehicle bookings. Since the intranet was search centric FAST search server was used to provide comprehensive search results across the portal and help avoid confusing navigation.
